No more searching for your instructor amongst a sea of ski school attendees. Our concierge service means we meet you at a spot that suits you.
Depending on your location and needs, meet us at your hotel lobby, or your chosen spot on the mountain. From there we can begin your lesson right away or help you through the rentals process if you’re unsure and want guidance. Finish your lesson where you want, so you can easily regroup or keep skiing if you don’t want to press pause.

FOR YOUR LESSON
Please read through the following information about what ages we teach, where you can meet us, what other costs aren’t included in your lesson, and more!

Ages: Private lessons are available for children aged 6 and up.
Participants: Each lesson can accommodate up to 6 people. For the best learning experience, we recommend participants be of similar age and ability level.
Equipment: All participants in a private lesson must use the same type of equipment (ski or snowboard). Mixing equipment is not permitted.
Family Lessons: For family private lessons, please note that teaching adults and young children together is challenging. Therefore, we do not offer family lessons for children under 6 years old.

Meeting points are flexible and depend on your accommodation. Depending on where you’re staying, we will recommend one of the following:
Your hotel lobby (either our drivers or you instructor will pick you up and take you to the slopes)
Rentl & Espresso, Haus St.Antona(at the Hikage Ski Area)

Our office hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (local time).
Requests made after 6:00 PM may not be addressed until the next business day.
For same-day bookings, please ensure your lesson is confirmed and paid for by 10:00 AM on the day of the lesson.

Lift passes and equipment rentals are not included in the lesson price.
For full-day lessons, please bring funds for lunch, as it is not provided.
